Opus People Solutions on behalf of Suffolk County Council have an exciting opportunity for a Social worker to join their Adult Team.

This role will be Ideally working on site (based Beacon House, Whitehouse Road, Ipswich) but some flexibility in terms of working from home. 08:45 - 17:20 M-T / 08:45 - 16:25 Friday.

In this role you will be Working in a busy adult social care team to ensure new referrals are assessed, advice and support provided, and annual reviews completed. Safeguarding and Duty work be required.

This is a a key role in promoting personalisation, independence, well-being and choice by providing a Social Care service to adults with care and support needs and their careers, carrying out complex strengths-based assessments/reviews, short term enablement plans, specialist mental capacity assessments, support plans and safeguarding plans.

Experience of using LiquidLogic (LAS) recording system essential.
