Cleaning Supervisor
Location: Chelmsford, CM1 2QU
Hours: Monday to Friday, 4:00pm to 8:00pm
Salary: £13.93 per hour
Contract: Permanent
Weekly Hours: 20 hours
Setting: Working within a commercial environment
A Cleaning Supervisor is required to oversee cleaning operations at a commercial site in Chelmsford. This role ensures high standards of cleanliness and supports a team of cleaners in delivering a safe and hygienic environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support cleaning staff
• Ensure cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard
• Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed
• Conduct regular inspections and report issues
• Maintain health and safety and COSHH compliance

What We're Looking For

• Previous supervisory experience in cleaning
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Reliable and organised
• Able to work independently and manage a team
• Must hold an Enhanced DBS or be willing to obtain one
