Hours: Casual - as required to cover holidays and sickness

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Casual Grounds Person to join our team based at Pike Lane Depot. This is a flexible, casual role designed to provide cover for staff absences due to holidays and sickness across the Glossop and Buxton areas.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with general grounds maintenance duties
• Ensure outdoor areas are kept clean, safe, and well-maintained
• Operate equipment and tools safely and effectively
• Support the team in delivering high standards of service

Requirements:

• Previous experience in grounds maintenance or a similar role is desirable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and flexible with a proactive attitude
• Willingness to work on a casual basis, sometimes at short notice
