Part time Business Support Administrator required in Ipswich!

Pay £11.47 - £14.26 (depends on experience)

Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of Suffolk County Council for part time Business Support Administrators to join a busy, dedicated team within Children and Young People Services supporting with important service administration duties.

As a Business Support Administrator, you will require to work across Family Services and support your colleagues in processing annual review paper, book call back appointments for practitioners and other data entry/process tasks, management of shared mailboxes, managing children's files and complying with Information Governance. You will also issue decision letters and provide an efficient and customer focused first point of contact.

The successful candidate will be a quick learner, confident communicator at all levels, ability to manage own workload effectively with excellent proven admin & IT skills.

A full DBS will be required prior to starting along with completed 3 years reference history. Candidates will need to commit to starting ASAP once completed

Position is available as a part time role with hybrid working up to 3 days at week in Endeavour House (once fully trained) as an ongoing assignment until November.
