We are pleased to be working with a leading technical business who are leaders in their industry. They are seeking a Technical Sales Support Administrator to join their team. This role is extremely varied and we need someone who has previous experience in a role similar to this.

The role:

This position will be working to assist the Technical Sales Managers with their day to day work, including supporting them through every stage of the project lifecycle. You will be involved in initial proposals, risk assessments, dealing with quotations and specifications, through to completion of the project.

Duties:

  • Provide professional administrative and technical support by managing customer and client correspondence, reports, technical specifications, design documents, quotations, guarantees, and other informational packages.
  • Collaborate with technical sales managers and clients to prepare specifications in both formats, while assisting in keeping all Platforms updated and accurate.
  • Leverage CRM systems for lead generation, managing the process on behalf of the technical sales managers.
  • Communicate effectively with clients through verbal and written channels, delivering timely and relevant information to ensure excellent customer service, foster trust, and enhance brand reputation.
  • Promptly address telephone and email inquiries with accurate and useful information, ensuring a high-quality service experience that strengthens the brand's image.
  • Create, audit, maintain and document workflows and processes to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with and understand the roles of other colleagues across all teams to improve knowledge sharing, innovation, better communication and increased success.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a technical administrator/project administrator/Sales Support administration role is highly desirable
  • Experience working with changing priorities, multiple CRM systems and busy workloads
  • Experience in construction is desirable
