Job description

Opus People Solutions are seeking a Technical Administrator in Ipswich to support a local manufacturer on a full time, permanent basis.

The role is responsible for the administration and coordination of technical project specifications and documentation across our busy Technical department, and liaising with internal and external project stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be technically minded and originate from a Construction Industry/Architectural background.

Our client has a tailored onboarding service that allows you to quickly get to grips with the business.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Provide Administrative support within the department as the business demands
  • Working as part of a busy integral team
  • Liaison with clients, Area Technical Managers and Site Technicians
  • Internal / external telephone enquiries
  • Administration of live project documents and notifications
  • Production and process of Technical specifications,
  • Review, process and produce project documents including inspection reports & guarantees
