Team Manager - MASH Team (£48 per hour)

To triage incoming referrals to Children's Social Care using the rag rating system.
Provide Management direction and Management rationale on Contacts and MASH enquiries forms.
Alongside the other MASH Team Manager, supervise and provide consultation to a team of Senior Practitioners, Social workers and Child information officers.
Attend and Chair daily MASH briefing meetings with MASH partners and represent MASH at meetings with other external agencies.
Deputise for the MASH Service manager at Service improvement meetings and MASH operational board meetings.
Assist with staff recruitment and induction to the MASH Service.
(The successful candidate will also have to undertake level 3 police vetting)

Initial 3 months with scope to be extended.

Hybrid working available with 2/3 days office based each week in accordance with service rota.
