Job description
Key Deliverables
1. | Use expert knowledge to provide effective and efficient management of data and systems to ensure accurate and up to date care provisioning information is recorded within Adult Social Care systems. |
2. | Hold responsibility for identifying and problem solving data inconsistencies to ensure correct information impacting invoicing and finances for adult social care payment. |
3. | Liaising and responding to requests and communications from internal and external colleagues and partners. |
4. | Using a high level of communication skills to ensure management of information is done respectfully and confidentially in accordance with GDPR. |
5. | Provide support on projects and service improvements and continually review process to ensure efficiencies are identified and resolved, promoting service delivery improvement. |
6. | To work alongside colleagues in CRT and adult services responding to systems issues by giving expert advice and guidance to resolve challenges in a timely manner. |
7. | Managing complex information across different systems. |
Essential Requirements
1. | Proven high level skills in information technology including Excel and other Microsoft applications, and ability to learn new specialist systems. |
2. | Proven ability to manage complex tasks, with high level of attention to detail. |
3. | Experience and confidence in working autonomously to identify inaccuracies and problem solve to ensure high quality of work. |
4. | Proven ability in use of financial and mathematical information management. |
5. | High level of written and verbal communication skills. |
