Job description
Opus People Solutions are seeking a Support Worker (Nights) near Wimborne.
This is a fantastic opportunity that doesn't come around very often! Working full-time hours, the focus of this vital role is to provide emotional & social support to young individuals - no personal care is involved!
You will mentor and support students with additional social, emotional, autism, and mental health needs, helping them transition into adulthood, further education, or employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support young people with evening routines and independent living skills.
- Provide emotional and behavioral support.
- Encourage students' social and recreational activities.
- Liaise with parents and carers regarding student well-being.
- Ensure safety and follow health and safeguarding procedures
To be considered, you will be:
- Enthusiastic, positive, and creative in meeting young people's needs.
- Capable of promoting independence and empowering individuals.
- 21 years or older.
- Full UK driving license and access to transport due to rural location.
