Opus people solution for a ns on behalf of North Northampton Council have an exciting opportunity for a Adult Social worker to join thier Community Team.

This role will be working in the based at least 4 days in the office 9.00am -5.00pm based at Tithe Barn Council offices in Wellingborough.

Free parking at the office is provided.

This role you will be:

• Working on Duty as part of the community Team the front door to Adult Social Care.

• Screening all referrals coming in to the team, screening safeguarding concerns and enquiries as required, signposting and offering advice, screening requests for reviews of packages of care, screening EMAS concerns and PPN.

• Completing duty visits and attending ARM, Safeguarding Section 42 meetings or Ward round over Teams
