Opus People Solutions are seeking an experienced Principal Planning Officer on a 12 month fixed term contract.

This is a new role, having secured new funding from the Planning Skills Delivery Fund.

We are seeking a candidate with chartership however there is no line management duties and the role can be carried out remotely after a 2 week maximum training period.

The successful candidate will be working on anything from a domestic extension to a 200 house build.

To be successful, you will need three years experience in planning working, including one year in a Development Management setting.
