Hours: 25 hours per week, 38.6 Weeks per year
Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM (Can be flexible)

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Mobile Head of Kitchen to join our team in Suffolk & Norfolk areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and preparing all food items to a high standard while traveling to various locations within the region.
Key Responsibilities:

• Leading kitchen operations and staff
• Preparing and cooking food items
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
• Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
• Assisting with inventory management and stock control
• Traveling to different locations within the West Suffolk region

Requirements:

• Level 2 Food Certification (training for Level 3 will be provided)
• Must have own transport
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to complete one)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
