School Cleaning Supervisor - Vertas Group Limited

Lowestoft & Surrounding Areas, covering 24 sites

20 hours per week + Overtime

Monday to Friday; 6:00am - 8.00am & 15.00pm - 17.00pm

£13.21per hour

Main responsibilities of the Cleaning Supervisor include:

• Supporting and training the cleaning team, having a hands-on cleaning approach
• Liaising with clients and maximising business with a customer service based approach
• Smooth running of shifts, maintaining good morale
• Reporting, stock levels, equipment failures and team performance
• Arrange cover for holidays/absences
• Undertaking cleaning audits

Key Objectives:

• Cleaning to a high standard.
• Cover cleaning and making arrangements to ensure all areas are serviced.
• 100% COSHH and H&S Compliance.
• Smooth running of shifts, maintaining good morale.
• Reporting, stock levels, equipment failures and team performance.

The Successful Cleaning Supervisor will have:
