School Cleaning Supervisor - Immediate Start

Location: Broadland High School, NR12 8QN

Hours: 22.5 per week | Term Time Only (41 weeks/year)

Working Week: Monday to Friday, 3:00pm - 7:30pm

Vertas Group Limited is looking for a proactive and hands-on Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Broadland High School. Whether you're an experienced supervisor or ready to step up with training, we'll support your journey.

If you have a current DBS certificate and a passion for maintaining safe, clean, and welcoming school environments, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and motivating a team of cleaners with a hands-on approach
• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness across school facilities
• Conducting cleaning audits and reporting on team performance
• Managing stock levels, equipment maintenance, and shift cover
• Liaising with school staff to deliver excellent customer service
• Ensuring full compliance with COSHH and Health & Safety regulations

What You'll Need

• A current DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
• Experience supervising cleaning teams (school or similar settings preferred)
• Strong knowledge of COSHH and H&S procedures
• Great communication and leadership skills
• A flexible, positive attitude and ability to adapt to change
