You will be providing HR support in the education sector and will have experience in managing HR documents alongside updating the internal database and liaising with the Recruitment Lead and candidates.
As an HR Administrator, you should be able to ensure that the recruitment process is operating in a flowing and effective manner whilst confirming the HR department supports the employees while conforming to labour laws.
CIPD Level 3 qualification and experience using iTrent are advantageous.
