Opus People Solutions are seeking an Executive Assistant role to join a diverse and ambitious organisation.

This role is offered on a part time basis (circa 22 hours) and is on a temporary basis, up to 9 months.

Day to day, you will:

  • Act as the first point of contact for the Chief Executive.
  • Management of corporate documentation and internal meetings.
  • To provide assistance with corporate meetings including Assembly, Management Committee, panels, and other meetings/events.
  • To be responsible for the production and publication of meeting agendas, minutes, report, presentations, and other documents to a very high standard of accuracy and presentation
  • Manage the diary commitments of members of the Senior Management Team when required.
  • Assist with internal and external audit processes as required?
  • Support the Chief Executive and other members in creating and maintaining contacts and networks
