Opus People Solutions are seeking an 3rd Line Infrastructure Team Lead on a full time, permanent basis in Rugby.

This is a senior hands-on position within the IT and Digital Services team delivering management and service activities in line with departmental standards, guidelines, defined delivery frameworks and operating practices. You will be looking after a team of 3.

You will bring your technical knowledge to implementation, deployment, and support of critical systems. Using your experience, you will also contribute to the continuous development of IT Infrastructure.

You will need knowledge of the following:

• Microsoft 365 and ADFS
• Hybrid Exchange Online
• Virtual Server Environment
• Email and network filtering devices.
• Active Directory & Group Policy
• IP Telephone Service.
• Virtual Desktop Infrastructure
• Tape & Cloud Server Backups
• Storage Area Networks
• Server Room Environment
• Disaster Recovery planning and implementation
