Vertas Group Leads the Way in Sustainable Web

Sustainability is one of our core values at Vertas Group. We’re proud to announce we have completed the successful migration of our website hosting to an internally managed platform that runs on 100% renewable energy. This transition reinforces our commitment to environmental responsibility and will reduce our carbon emissions.

We are now using 20i, a web hosting company based in Mansfield, that are powered entirely by renewable energy, and by making this change we are actively minimising the environmental impact of our digital presence. In addition to using green energy, we have optimised our websites to ensure that each visit produces as little carbon as possible. These changes not only enhance website performance but also contribute to a more sustainable future by reducing energy consumption across our digital platforms.

The Vertas, Concertus, Schools’ Choice, Eats Catering, Opus Teach, Diamond View, and Oakpark Security websites have been optimised to achieve an ‘A+’ rating, with emissions reduced to just 0.02g of CO2 per visit, a remarkable saving reduction that underscores our dedication to sustainability.
