Job description
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our clients team within a beautiful office setting, joining a fabulous team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrator skills and a commitment to delivering accurate documentation and administration support at all times.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of their administrative functions, supporting various departments, and enhancing overall efficiency within the organisation. The business is award winning, and this is such an exciting time to join them.
Duties :
- Client file opening/ closing
- Running reports
- Manage the admin inbox
- Electronic Payments - assist with billing - producing and processing invoices
- Sending invoices to clients
- Diary management
- Update spreadsheet
- Supporting with reviews
- Manage Quarterly inactivity for the team
- General office duties such as printing, scanning, meeting minutes
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Experience within law, finance or financial services is ideal, but not essential.
- Support administration experience is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software applications.
