Street Care Operatives

Location: Brentwood CM13 3BH

Hourly rate: £13.54 per hour PAYE

Working Hours: 07.30am to 15.30PM Mon to Thurs and 15.00pm finish on a Friday.

Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of Brentwood Borough Council for a Street Care Operative to temporarily join their busy team within the Council's Waste & Recycling Collection department.

Requirements:

• All applicants are required to have a valid UK driving licence with category C1.
• The successful candidate will need to be physically fit able to work outdoors in all weathers.

Daily Duties:

• The role will involve emptying litter bins at shop fronts, litter picking, collecting household Waste and delivering recycling products.
• The role will involve driving a 3.5 tonne tipper van and operating a compact sweeping machine.
