Opus people solutions on behalf of North Northampton Council are looking for a social worker within there Adult Social care team to come and join their team, this is an excellent opportunity for qualified Social Workers to help support adults and families in our adult team.

The role will require you to be based in the Wellingborough office daily from 9.00am-5.00pm and free parking on site is available.

Location: Tithe Barn Council Offices, Tithe Barn Road, Wellingborough, NN8 1BN.

The role will include.

• To work on Duty as part of the community Team the front door to Adult Social Care screening all referrals coming into the team, screening safeguarding concerns and enquiries as required, signposting and offering advice, screening requests for reviews of packages of care, screening EMAS concerns and PPN.

• Completing duty visits and attending ARM, Safeguarding Section 42 meetings, or Ward round over Teams.
