Food Service Assistant - Must have cooking experience

Sprowston Junior School, Norwich, NR7 8EW

15 hours per week, 38 weeks per year, term time only
Monday to Friday; 11:00am - 14:00pm

£12.21 Per Hour

The Food Service Assistant will have:

Main responsibilities include:

Assist food preparation with the head of kitchen, Layout and display food for counter service, including prepared meals and checking of temperatures, and also the layout of dining room furniture if required.
Assist in the serving of meals.
Collect and dispose of waste food and materials.
Wash-up or clean all items of crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, equipment, clean the service area, dining room and put furniture away if required. etc. in accordance with Vertas Catering policies, reporting any faults or defects noticed to the Head of Kitchen.
