Job description
Opus People Solutions are seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst in the heart of Ipswich.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer service focused environment with excellent technical knowledge to provide 1st line support.
Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction are at the centre of this position. IT Systems and skills will be supported for development by the employer.
With experience of Microsoft programmes, you will be able to troubleshoot, providing IT support via the phone or remote monitoring software.
An NVQ level 3 in an IT related course is desirable.
