Opus people solutions on behalf of Cambridge County Council have and exciting opportunity for a Senior Practitioner within their MASH TEAM.The role is dual and on a rotational basis for the SP to ensure that they are undertaking other roles such as supervising workers, reviewing work completed by SW, training, and chairing practice workshops to drive practice improvements.

This role will be Hybrid working and will require you to do two days per week in the office, which will be based at The HEX, Huntingdon Police Headquarters and then 3 days remotely.

You will be required to complete a Police Vetting process as well as DBS check.

This role will include:

• Working as part of the contact centre to triage cases and to review work completed in the MASH.

• Manage a complex caseload commensurate with qualification, experience, and competency.

​

• To coach and mentor less experienced team members as a Practice Educator.

​

• Work within the legislative and procedural framework of Cambridge County Council.
