Job Title: BIA - Complete Mental capacity assessments for the Court of protection COP3 forms.

Rate: £32.67 umbrella (MOU Rate Advanced SWP)

Hours: 37hours per week

Location: Telford and Wrekin although some may be out of county.

To undertake Best Interest Assessments under the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS), as outlined in the Mental Capacity Act 2005, ensuring that individuals who lack capacity are deprived of their liberty only when it is lawful, necessary, and in their best interests. The role safeguards the rights and freedoms of vulnerable adults in care homes, hospitals, or supported living arrangements.
