Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Service Officer to join our team based at Oak Park Head Office in Colchester. This is a full-time role working night shifts on a four-on, four-off rota, ideal for someone with a strong work ethic and a commitment to providing excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:

• Patrolling and monitoring premises to ensure safety and security
• Responding to incidents and reporting any issues appropriately
• Maintaining accurate records and logs
• Providing a visible and reassuring presence during night hours
• Supporting other sites as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
• Must be reliable, professional, and able to work independently
• Good communication and observational skills
• Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern
• A valid driving licence may be required depending on site coverage
