Recruitment Consultant - Care

We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our Care team in our Managed Services Provider (MSP) division at Opus People Solutions.
As a Recruitment Consultant you will play an important role in managing relationships between our MSP local authority clients, candidates and suppliers. You will work closely with other members of our Care Team and the wider business and have the opportunity to make a difference in Public Sector recruitment.
Your role will include sourcing and engaging candidates, liaising with and managing supplier partner relationships, managing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring a high quality of customer service.
Our MSP Recruitment Consultants work directly with their designated council clients, and you will have the opportunity to develop valuable working relationships and become an expert in your field, using your market knowledge to conduct a consultative approach to recruitment.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in recruitment as you join our growing business. Whilst previous experience in recruitment is beneficial, it is not essential as full training and induction will be provided.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate transferable skills and have a desire to learn, so if you are a team player, with excellent people skills and a drive to deliver great customer service this may be the role for you.

Here at Opus People Solutions Ltd we offer a hybrid working policy with office locations in Suffolk, Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire and Walsall. This position will involve travel to other office locations when required and a varied work pattern to cover operating hours from 08.00 - 18.00 Monday to Friday.
