Salary: £14.91 per hour Hours: 30 hours over 4 days per week (Hybrid) Location: Hybrid - Onsite on Wednesday afternoons in Walsall Offices Duration: 3 months, ongoing Opus People Solutions, on behalf of Walsall Council, is seeking a Quality Performance & Project Officer to join on a temporary basis. This role offers the opportunity to make an impact by working with various healthcare professionals and supporting project management and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Support in the Condom Distribution Scheme - this scheme is contracted to over 20 distribution channels including Walsall Sexual Health Clinic, Pharmacies and GP Surgeries.
Collaborate with the Business Intelligence (BI) team.
Analyse data and generate insightful reports.
Design and implement templates to track distribution, payments, and costs.
Handle queries from GP Practice Managers.
Liaise with GPs, Walsall Sexual Health Clinic, and NHS pharmacies.
Manage general administrative tasks, including invoicing for treatment medications.
Ensure accurate maintenance and updating of the condom distribution tracking system.
Process and reject payments as necessary.
Essential Requirements:
Strong conflict resolution skills.
Proficient in use of Microsoft Applications.
High attention to detail.
Confidence working both within a team and independently.
Ability to liaise with a range of professionals across different sectors.
Previous experience in finance and invoicing is essential.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
