Part-Time Property Helpdesk Advisor - Corby

We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Property Helpdesk Advisor on behalf of North Northamptonshire Council to provide operational support for both occupied and unoccupied properties across a wide and varied estate of properties including Corporate Properties, Care Homes, Day Centres, Libraries, Children Centres and historic properties

As a Property Helpdesk Advisor you will effectively manage and respond to reactive maintenance requests ensuring that customers incidents are managed in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA's) to provide 'fit for purpose, for property occupier.

This will include but not be limited to, addressing and approving all expenditure within the set parameters for property reactive maintenance requests, authority to raise individual orders up to £200, Resolve facilities/ reactive maintenance queries by telephone, email or face to face, providing exceptional customer service, always ensuring requestors are regularly updated on progress of their incident.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a busy workload and building relationships both internally and externally.

Additional information

  • 18.5 hours per week 8.40am - 1700 Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
  • Office based - The Cube, George Street, Corby
  • Initially 3-6 months on a temporary basis
  • Flexible working approach required at times to cover Sickness and holiday
