Permanent, Monday to Friday 37.5 hours
07:00am - 15:00pm

Are you a helpful person with general maintenance skills?
We're looking for a dedicated Caretaker to join our team, who wants to make a difference and support on our site.

Main responsibilities include:
- Carrying out day-to-day maintenance, grounds work and minor repairs.
- Making sure that heating, lighting and alarm systems are working properly.
- Carrying out and recording basic checks and maintaining Health and Safety records.
- Monitoring site stocks.
- Using DIY and having an ability to carry out minor repairs, general maintenance and small painting and decorating jobs
- Undertaking cleaning duties, office moves and waste management
The Caretaker will have:
- Understanding of health and safety workplace regulations
- Ability to carry out repairs and working with paint supplies
- A Team player providing an excellent service across the Vertas Group.
