Are you a helpful person with general maintenance skills?
We're looking for a dedicated Caretaker to join our team, who wants to make a difference and support on our site.

Main responsibilities include:

• Carrying out day-to-day maintenance, grounds work and minor repairs.
• Making sure that heating, lighting and alarm systems are working properly.
• Carrying out and recording basic checks and maintaining Health and Safety records.
• Monitoring site stocks.
• Using DIY and having an ability to carry out minor repairs, general maintenance and small painting and decorating jobs
• Undertaking cleaning duties, office moves and waste management
  

The Caretaker will have:

• Understanding of health and safety workplace regulations
• Ability to carry out repairs and working with paint supplies
• A Team player providing an excellent service across the Vertas Group.
