Job description

Property Contracts Manager required for immediate, 6-month contract.

Opus People Solutions on behalf of Bromsgrove & Redditch Council are looking for a highly experienced Property Contracts Manager (Project Manager) to lead operational management for the refurbishment of the Council's Town Hall project.

As a Property Contracts Manager, you will ensure that

  • The final RICS Stage 4b design is compliant and signed off by all parties

  • The Town Hall refurbishment is delivered to time, to the RICS Stage 4b design and to contract price

  • A robust performance management system is in place to ensure effective compliance is achieved

  • All stakeholders (internal, external and third parties) are effectively communicated with and managed throughout the process.

  • That the Town Hall Project is fully compliant with all Health and Safety requirements as required by Statute or good practice and to ensure the safe management and delivery of the project for staff, customers and external contractors.

To be considered for this role you must be RICs or HNC qualification and have 3-5 years' experience of construction related project management from a client perspective.
