Title: Project Manager - Assets Strategy and Feasibility
Rate: £500 per day - flexiable
Location: Brentwood Council - 1 day per week in the office
Inside or Outside IR35 depending on the candidate

Opus People Solutions are working with Brentwood borough council to recruit for a Project Manager in charge of Assets Strategy.
Responsibilities:

• Review sites identified by the client for redevelopment potential - specifically to assess planning position and provide indicative unit numbers per land package, assessment of site constraints including the procurement of initial desktop contamination studies (if required) and review of utilities, early engagement with planning authority, procure title report
• Report to client on sites with potential for residential redevelopment and high-level unit numbers.
• For sites identified as NOT having potential for residential development a further report to advise on alternative uses including spend to save opportunities. Relevant ward member and stakeholder engagement.
• Options review on green spaces owned by the Council to determinate whether spaces not connected exclusively to HRA properties could be transferred to Council general fund or local communities or some other long-term solution which does not impact on HRA budgets.
