Opus People Solutions on behalf of Peterborough City Council are recruiting for a Principal Planner to join their team on a temporary contract

Length: 12 weeks

Working Location: Part Remote - site visits and in-person meetings as required, Address is Sand Martin House, Bittern Way, Fletton Quays, Peterborough, PE2 8TY.

Working Hours: 37

Main Responsibilities:

Town Planner with at least 5 years experience particularly in dealing with significant major applications of over 100 dwellings and large scale employment uses.

The agency worker will be expected to work on their own initiative, be well-organised, have good negotiation skills and an eye for urban design.
