Opus people solutions on behalf of Cambridge County Council have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Adviser for Leaving Care within their Team.

This will be a hybrid role where you will be WFH and also officed based at Scotts House Huntingdon PE29 3AD.
In this role you will be Supporting Care Leavers aged 16-25 as they transition into adulthood.

This role will include:

• Direct work and intervention supporting preparation for independence.

• Assessment, planning and review (Pathway Plans).

​

• Working with partner agencies in DWP, Housing, Health and Education to achieve the best outcomes for care leavers.

​

• Deliver group work.
