This is a great time to join Opus, and due to an exciting new partnership with some fantastic clients, we are looking for an Operations Manager to join our team.
You will have a strategic mindset, helping to deliver our plan and grow with us. Business development is key within this role, as is customer satisfaction across clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders. This role will include working with senior management and senior stakeholders, along with supporting our clients, ensuring we adhere to and exceed contractual KPI's and SLA's. You will be able to proactively build positive, strategic relationships to really drive workforce planning, in order to tackle some of the skills shortages within Public Sector.
It is essential that you can work at multiple levels within the organisation and as part of a larger team. You will work closely with our Delivery Manager to ensure we maximise fulfilment.
We operate a hybrid working approach and you will need to be based near either Milton Keynes, Northampton or Cambridge for this role.
