Opus People Solutions are recruiting for multiple experienced and versatile Multiskilled Trade Operatives to join the Housing Property Services Team to focus on efficient housing maintenance service to the tenants of North Northamptonshire Council.

Main duties are maintenance tasks like flooring, carpentry and plumbing. You will either respond to repairs and maintenance in occupied accommodations or completely empty at the end of the tenancy, when the team is preparing the property for the new tenants.

To be successful, you are required to have an appropriate, recognised qualification. NVQ or City and Guilds or equivalent, practical experience for Housing Maintenance and full UK driving license.
