As a Mortgage Processor, you'll play a vital part in ensuring the smooth processing of mortgage applications, liaising with solicitors and third parties to ensure loan compliance.

On a day-to-day, you will:

• Liaise with solicitors and third parties to ensure loan conditions and documentation requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate records of borrower information and loan details.
• Address and resolve loan completion inquiries from solicitors promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate effectively with third parties to ensure smooth processing of mortgage applications.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement enhancements accordingly.
• Ensure timely acquisition of required post-completion documentation.

To be considered you will have:

• Experience in financial services.
• An understanding of the mortgage application process
• Relationship-building capabilities
• High attention to detail
