Job Title: Mobile Caretaker
Location: Dove Holes Business Unit, covering Glossop and Buxton SK17 postcode
Hours: 18.5 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 07:00 - 19:00
Pay rate: £12.41
Salary: Competitive hourly rate + mileage reimbursement

About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Mobile Caretaker to support our Dove Holes Business Unit across sites in Glossop and Buxton. This is a part-time role ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in maintaining clean and safe environments, and is comfortable travelling between rural locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out general caretaking duties across multiple sites
• Ensuring cleanliness, safety, and basic maintenance of premises
• Reporting any issues or hazards to management
• Using provided equipment to complete tasks efficiently

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle (essential)
• Mileage paid at 35p per mile from home to site and back home
• Enhanced DBS check required (can be arranged if not already held)
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
