Labourer/ Market Operative

Hourly rate: £12.85

Location: Redditch Town Centre

Hours: Every Thursday & Saturday 4:30am-7:30am & 3pm-6pm

Length: 2 month temporary Contract with review for extension

An exciting opportunity has arisen to become part of the Redditch Town Centre Outdoor Market team at Redditch Borough Council. A team of Labourers are required to provide support in setting up and dismantling a busy high street market.

We are looking for 2 enthusiastic people, no experience is necessary as full training will be given however you will be expected to be physically fit and capable of carrying out manual tasks.

The post holders will be expected to work as part of a small team and be available to work anytime during market operational days and occasionally on special event days.

Although not essential, we are looking for candidates that possess a category C1E Driving Licence and be able to drive a vehicle towing a trailer.

Situated in North Worcestershire, Bromsgrove District Council and Redditch Borough Council share services.
