Job Title: HR Systems Specialist (Oracle Fusion)

Pay Rate: £24.08 - £26.70 per hour

Join us at Walsall Council as an HR Systems Specialist (Oracle Fusion). Reporting to the Head of HR (Strategic Leadership & Governance), you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our Human Capital Management (HCM) system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Empower HR Transformation: Collaborate with the HR function to drive Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM re-implementation, contributing to the evolution of our HR systems.
• Bridge the Gap: Act as a liaison between HR and third-party implementation partners, ensuring seamless communication and understanding of project requirements.
• System Mastery: Grasp the intricacies of Oracle Cloud HCM (HR/Payroll), deciphering existing configurations and rules to guide the HR function in anticipating system upgrade implications.
• Report Wizardry: Take charge of supporting report writing specifications, contributing your expertise to enhance our reporting capabilities.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Lead UAT efforts for both reports and system configuration changes, ensuring the smooth transition of technology solutions.
• Training Guru: Equip HR users with the knowledge they need! Conduct training sessions and create user-friendly e-manuals and e-videos to facilitate seamless system utilization.

Essential Requirements:

• Oracle Fusion: Demonstrated working knowledge of Oracle Fusion (Cloud) HR/Payroll systems is a must. Your expertise will be the backbone of our re-implementation success.

Desirable Requirements:

• HR Insight: Familiarity with HR processes will be a bonus, enhancing your ability to contribute comprehensively to the project.
• OTBI & BIP Enthusiast: If you have experience or interest in OTBI & BIP report writing, you'll find ample opportunities to showcase and enhance your skills.
