Opus People Solutions are seeking a HR Advisor on a 9 month fixed term contract to join a local authority in Northampton.
Hybrid and flexible working is available.
You will provide first line professional HR advice and challenge on a full range of HR matters including case management and redundancy and change programmes. This position is also responsible for maintaining and interrogating the employee records system, producing reports and identifying trends and issues.
To be successful in your applcation as an HR Advisor, you will have experience in leading/supporting on employee relations cases including grievance.
A CIPD Level 3/5 qualification or demonstrable experience of working in a similar role is essential.
