Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of Suffolk County Council for a Health Business Centre Advisor to join a dedicated and experienced team in providing universal and specialist services in the local area

The Health Business Centre is a countywide service, which provides a central coordination point for all Health & Children's Centre key performance indicators as well as Health Visiting and School Nursing administration. It is the central point of contact for all children, young people, families and partner agencies engaging with our service.

As a member Health Business Centre team, you will be required to support in providing a countywide duty service responding to all emails, telephone calls, and paper-based communications. You will undertake a range of administrative duties to support teams, in achieving all the CYP Health performance targets.

The successful candidate will be a quick learner, confident communicator at all levels, ability to manage own workload effectively with excellent proven admin & IT skills.

This role will be 60% office based within Allington House, Ipswich and flexible on other days to work from home. Please not operational hours are 8am- 19.30pm, Monday - Friday and various shift patterns may be required based on a 22.5 hour week.
