Job description

We are supporting a client within Ipswich who are truly pioneering in their industry. Going from strength to strength, and growing despite all the challenges their industry faced last year. They have come out strong and are looking to add some extra staff members to their team, to help support theirclients and workload.

We are looking for people who have a confident, telephone manner and individuals who are confident liaising with clients. If you have fantastic customer service skills, we want to hear from you!

Duties:

  • Chasing documentation and information from third parties
  • Liaising with clients and customers
  • Inputting information onto databases
  • Working with colleagues to ensure clients needs are met
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients
  • Administration duties associated with the role

Requirements:

  • Experience in a customer facing role, ideally from a call centre or customer service environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced role
  • Quick learner
