We are looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our central finance team in Ipswich. This is a great opportunity for a qualified (or nearly qualified) ACCA/CIMA professional to make an impact in a busy, people-focused organisation.
In this role, you will take ownership of producing accurate monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and divisional reporting including KPIs. You'll manage the month-end timetable, complete balance sheet reconciliations, and deliver budgets and forecasts in partnership with Operational Heads. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will monitor performance, highlight risks, and support with mitigation strategies.
You will also provide commercial and strategic input across the business, including financial support on bids, pricing, investment appraisals, and contract mobilisations or demobilisations. Liaising with internal and external auditors, you'll ensure compliance and accuracy, while supporting the Senior Finance Business Partner and operational teams with ad hoc requests.
About You

• 
  Qualified or finalist in ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent).
• 
  Strong management accounting and business partnering experience.
• 
  Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• 
  Commercially minded with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
