Employment Policy Advisor
Location: Cambridgeshire
Salary: £35k-£39k
Hours: 37 per week
Contract: Fixed term 1 year

We are seeking an Employment Policy Advisor to join our clients team, your job will be to support the development, evaluation and communication of employment policies that align with our clients strategic goals and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and develop employment policies that reflect best practice and legal compliance
• Collaborate with HR teams and Trade Unions to ensure effective consultation and implementation
• Drive inclusive communication strategies using digital tools
• Evaluate policy impact and recommend improvements
• Champion equality, diversity, and inclusion through policy design

Skills and Experience

• 
  Ability to research, draft, and evaluate employment policies aligned with legislation and strategic goals.
• 
  Skilled in interpreting data, legislation, and feedback to inform policy decisions.
• 
  Confident in writing clear, engaging content and delivering messages across digital platforms and in-person setting
