Duties
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
- Answer customer calls and questions
- Manage incoming phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation
- Maintain organised filing systems for both physical and digital records.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments as required.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and postal mail, ensuring prompt responses.
- Assist with any additional clerical duties as needed to support the team.
Skills
- Experience within an office environment (6 months plus)
- Experience dealing with customers (6 months plus)
- Positive attitude
- Ability to commute to Ipswich 5 days a week
