School Cleaning Supervisor - Vertas Group Limited
Primary School, Birmingham
15 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Monday to Friday; 6:00am - 9:00am
£12.41 per hour

Main responsibilities of the Cleaning Supervisor include:
- Supporting and training the cleaning team, having a hands-on cleaning approach
- Liaising with clients and maximising business with a customer service based approach
- Smooth running of shifts, maintaining good morale
- Reporting, stock levels, equipment failures and team performance
- Arrange cover for holidays/absences
- Undertaking cleaning audits
Key Objectives:
- Cleaning to a high standard.
- Cover cleaning and making arrangements to ensure all areas are serviced.
- 100% COSHH and H&S Compliance.
- Smooth running of shifts, maintaining good morale.
- Reporting, stock levels, equipment failures and team performance.
The Successful Cleaning Supervisor will have:

- COSHH / H&S knowledge
- The ability to adapt and respond to change in a growing organisation.
