Job description
Opus People Solutions are thrilled to be representing three exceptional law firms throughout Suffolk & Essex who are in the search for Conveyaners/Conveyancing Executive. The firms we are partnering with, are leaders in their field, some feautring in the top 100 law firms. Office locations include; Colchester, London, Ipswich and Woodbridge
2 years experience in a commercial or residential property role is essential for this position.

Duties & Responsibilites:
Preparing Legal Documents: Drafting, reviewing, and managing the necessary legal documents required for the sale or purchase of property, such as contracts of sale, transfer documents, and settlement statements
Conducting Property Searches: Performing searches on the property to check for any issues that might affect the transaction, such as title searches, land registry searches, and checks for any encumbrances, easements, or restrictions on the property
Liaising with Parties Involved: Communicating with various parties involved in the transaction, including the buyer, seller, real estate agents, banks or mortgage lenders, and other solicitors or conveyancers
Providing Legal Advice: Offering legal advice to their clients regarding the terms and conditions of the property transaction, ensuring they understand their rights and obligations
Managing Financial Aspects: Handling the financial aspects of the transaction, including arranging for the payment of deposits, coordinating the final settlement, and ensuring that funds are correctly transferred.
Requirements;
- 2 years experiemce in residential or commercial property
- 2 years conveyancing experience
- Ability to work in a professional law firm, abiding to SRA rules
