Opus People Solutions are seeking a Cleaning Operations Manager to work across multiple sites in the Lincolnshire/Nottinghamshire area for an award winning business.
As an Operations Manager, you will have exceptional management experience and deliver key targets whilst being able to analyse and interpret profit and loss accounts including forecasts.
Cleaning experience across several locations is not essential but is desirable. Transferable skills will work here!
Day to day, you will manage cleaning services across commercial businesses, schools and colleges.
This includes part time staff which you will be recruiting and ensuring compliance.
