Job description
We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team, working shifts 7.30am - 8.45am Monday to Friday. This role is essential in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for staff and visitors. If you take pride in your work and enjoy creating tidy spaces, we'd love to hear from you. Duties may include Key Holder for some shifts so this experience may be desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to maintain hygiene standards.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling in line with company procedures.
- Monitor cleaning supplies and report stock shortages to management.
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely, following all health and safety guidelines.
- Support occasional deep cleaning and special projects as required.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in cleaning or custodial work is beneficial but not essential.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
- Good time management and the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately.
